SPETTROFOTOMETRIA ICP-OES / ICP-MS

ERRECI IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE POSSIBILITY OF OFFERING THE PRODUCTS OF CISRI NCS ON THE MARKET, A COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN ICP-OES / ICP-MS / XRF INSTRUMENTATION.
NCS TESTING TECHNOLOGY Germany is the German branch of CISRI NCS Testing Technology. At the recent Analytica 2024 trade fair, new spectrometry models for metal analysis were presented, in particular: Plasma 3000 (ICP-OES), PlasmaMS 300 (ICP-MS) and CNX-808 (X-Ray Fluorescence).
THE PRODUCT RANGE INCLUDES
ICP-OES Plasma 3000 Spectrometer
Simultaneous Dual-View ICP-OES Spectrometer

- Axial and Radial Dual-View Optics; for analyzing samples containing metals in trace amounts or at high concentrations
- Generator Efficient, stable, small-sized, fast-rotating solid-state RF, suitable for the analysis of samples with complex matrix or high organic solvent content.
- Torch; The vertical design allows for better robustness and durability, requires reduced cleaning procedures and guarantees a longer life, the torch design is studied for simple and quick installation and replacement
- Sample introduction; The instrument is equipped with a series of optimized sampling systems, which can be used to test organic solvents, high salinity samples, complex matrices or samples containing hydrofluoric acid, etc.
- Detector; The large back-illuminated CCD detector ensures sensitivity across the entire spectral range, with better UV quantum efficiency than competitors, anti-blooming function. Triple-stage Peltier temperature control at -40°C
ICP-MS technology has become one of the most effective analytical approaches for trace and ultra-trace analysis, thanks to its exceptional detection limits, low interferences, high analysis precision and speed, simultaneous determination of multiple elements, and other outstanding analytical capabilities.
The instrument was developed in collaboration with CNEAC (National Research Center for Environmental Analysis and Measurement), NRCG (National Research Center for Geoanalysis), BGRIMM (Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy), CISRI (Central Iron & Steel Research Institute), and BCPRC (Beijing Center for Physical and Chemical Analysis). NCS has developed metal analysis and testing methods for various application areas, including environmental analysis, rare earth analysis, rare elements in geology and mineral resources, precious metal analysis, toxic metal analysis, speciation, and the valence of poisonous and harmful metals in food products.
- Quadrupole with measuring range 2-255 amu; resolution < 0.8 amu
- Empty System; High-performance turbo-molecular pump and external mechanical pump can quickly realize vacuum and ensure signal sensitivity
- RF Plasma Generator 27.12 MHz; Efficient and stable solid-state RF
- Sample introduction; Coupling with external accessories such as laser-ablation and liquid chromatography, option for acid resistance (HF resistance)
- Collision cell; operates through a high-performance mass flow controller, a fast and efficient “helium collision model”
