Syngene gel documentation and Imaging

ERRECI PRESENTS SYNGENE

Company presentation: image analysis tools

It is a division of the Synoptics Group, founded in 1985 by a group of researchers and image analysis experts at the University of Cambridge. Syngene focuses on the development of products for image analysis, with particular attention to the Gel Documentation systems, chemiluminescence and fluorescence images. Other divisions of the Synoptics Group, Synbiosis and Syncroscopy, develop imaging solutions for microbiological and microscopy applications, completing the proposal and the experience in the life sciences. Synoptics Health focuses on imaging within the clinical techniques. It is headquartered in Cambridge, with its American offices located in Frederick. Globally, there is an international network of over 60 highly qualified distributors.

The company and the technologies used are the best in the world. They include a wide range of instrumentation for the instantaneous reading of gels, chemiluminescence automated imaging and TLC plates, all in accordance with regulations published by the accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies. Our systems are used globally by more than 75,000 scientists, bringing an important contribution to the development of major projects in many of the major pharmaceutical companies and leading research institutes.

THE RANGE OF PRODUCTS INCLUDES

  • Gel documentation systems: Ideal systems for basic applications, DNA / RNA fluorescence and 1D images for protein. This line represents a perfect balance between performance and price without sacrificing the technical characteristics;
  • Advanced gel documentation systems: Systems to cover all possible applications, such as DNA, 1D and 2D gels, chemiluminescent, fluorescent, multi-plex applications. All systems use high-performance cameras. They are also equipped with automation systems.
  • Blue light transilluminators: These products eliminate the safety problems and minimize the damage on the samples, they have been optimized for viewing a wide variety of fluorescent samples such as SYBR safe and blue UltraSafe. Using a series of high-intensity LEDs, which produce a brighter and more uniform light compared to conventional systems;
  • Reagents and dyes: Different types of reagents and fluorescent dyes are available.
